We are currently experiencing delays due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Belt shipments from our suppliers are currently taking longer than expected which may directly affect order processing and delivery time.  We are working as quickly as we can to expedite orders and ship orders.  We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. 


Here are some important things to consider BEFORE placing your order:

  • We are not Amazon and we are not eBay. You WILL NOT receive your order from us in 2 days. We do not currently have the number of employees necessary to offer you 2 day shipping. It simply does not exist here. 
  • Our normal ship times are between 7 to 10 business days. HOWEVER, due to COVID-19 we are experiencing much longer than normal delays in our shipments of belts from Japan. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS!!
  • Just because your email isn't answered the same day you send it does not mean you are being ignored, we took your money and don't plan on sending your order, or that we are scammers. Emails for service center orders receive priority. Period. 

  • IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR YOU TO FILE A CLAIM IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN A WEEK. Please re-read the first 2 considerations at the top of this list.  
  • This information is updated daily to keep you informed. So, please check back daily for any new information that may answer any questions you may have.
